Cancellation and Refund
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF AN ORDER
If you want to change or cancel an order – before receiving an order confirmation – contact us at info@kosherlekha.co.il .
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the same return process as listed below.
If your item has been personalized/engraved, you will receive a refund minus 30% of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. You will have up to 2 days to return the item and receive a full refund (minus the shipping cost). Please contact us for a return authorization number BEFORE returning the item. DO NOT return items to our shipping address. Please contact us at info@kosherlekha.co.il to receive information about the refund.
Refund and cancellation
The cancellation of the transaction will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Consumer Protection (Cancellation of the Transaction, 5771-2010) and in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection Act, 5741-1981.
REFUNDS
As soon as we receive your item and check its condition, you will receive a receipt notification and you will be paid a refund in the same way that was paid. Please wait up to 2 business days for the refund/loan to be processed.

The cost of EXPEDITED delivery IS NOT REFUNDABLE
If you received a FREE gift upon purchase, it will need to be returned to receive a refund.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If the package or item delivered to you is damaged or not delivered according to tracking, please email or call us immediately. Please keep all packaging materials. Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported immediately.
After you complete your order, your jewelry will be carefully packed and packed for shipment. Each item will come complete with a tarnish-proof square and will be presented in a luxurious gift bag enclosed in an elegant gift box.
The goods are packed and shipped within 3 business days after each completed transaction. For personalized items, please wait up to 21 days for processing. For all purchases, each parcel is assigned a tracking number, which will be added to your order and will allow you to track your purchase!
Product replacement
• The refund will be made within 2 business days, if the purchase amount exceeds 350 ₪ (100 USD), the refund will be made in accordance with the payment method that the buyer paid. For the cancellation of the transaction, 5% or 100 shekels ($30) of the transaction value will be deducted in accordance with the lowest of them.
• The loan is personal and cannot be transferred or sold.
• Replace an element with its value when replacing.
Cancellation of the reservation
1. As a rule, the customer can cancel the transaction * subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act of 1981 (hereinafter: http://www.consumers.org.il/category/deal-annulment-regulations ).
3. In case of cancellation of the transaction, the client will be charged a commission of 5%, but not more than 100 shekels in accordance with the law.
4. If the product is provided to the buyer, the buyer must return the product to the store himself. It is agreed that the buyer will return the product in its packaging, fully equipped and without damage and/or damage and/or defects of any kind.
5 The parties have agreed that the buyer will be charged the full shipping cost if the goods have already been shipped to the buyer.
6. The Store may cancel any, all or part of the transaction in the following cases:

7. The cancellation notice will be delivered to the buyers by phone and/or e-mail to the address indicated on the registration page.
8. If the product is out of stock after placing an order, the store may cancel the sale and/or offer an equivalent alternative product. Notification of such cancellation must be made in writing or by telephone.
