From personal experience, we know very well how often it can be difficult for a Jew – especially one living in a distant diaspora – to find a particular kosher product or a traditional attribute of Jewish life.

Our daughter Ann (Hana-Leia) was brought up in the spirit of Jewish traditions from an early age, was the heart and soul of events, seminars of the community and the youth club "EnerJew", she had a lot of friends.

My mother always filled our home with warmth and kindness, uniting the whole family around her. She loved to cook and even created her own cookbook of Jewish recipes, some of which we publish on this resource.
