Shocked by this tragedy, in memory of our relatives and to uplift their souls, we decided to do something meaningful for the Jews living in Israel and other countries. The idea of this project appeared «by itself», because kosher food has become an important part of life for our family for many years. Moreover, the entire history of our nation confirms that the observance of traditions, and especially kosher food, is extremely important for the spiritual development and well-being of every Jew.

As our sages say ‒ what we eat is what we are.
