To purchase a product in our online store, select the product you like and add it to your shopping cart. Next, go to the Cart and click on "Checkout" or "Quick order".
When placing a quick order, write your full name, phone number and e-mail. The manager will call you back and clarify the conditions of the order. Based on the results of the conversation, you will receive a confirmation of the registration of the goods by mail or via SMS. Now it remains only to wait for delivery and enjoy the new purchase.
Placing an order in the standard mode is as follows. Completely fill out the form in successive stages: address, delivery method, payment, information about yourself. We advise you to write in the comments to the order information that will help the courier find you. Click the "Checkout" button.
Pay for your purchases in a convenient way.
To pay for your order, you can choose one of the following options:
- Bank card
- Partial payment with bonus points
- Payment using your personal account wallet
- Electronic payment systems
- Bank transfer
Payment procedure for bank transfers or bank cards:
- Non-cash payment when picking up your order or when ordering online: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other payment systems are accepted. To complete the payment, the system will redirect you to the secure payment server used by the bank. There you will need to enter your card number, expiration date, and cardholder name.
- Electronic systems for online orders: PayPal and Bit Israel. To complete your purchase, the system will redirect you to the payment service page, where you will need to fill out the form according to the instructions.
Save time when receiving your order. The “KOSHER LEKHA” platform offers you 4 delivery options (some options may be unavailable depending on your place of residence):
- Courier delivery operates from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and on Friday until 3:00 PM. We do not operate on Shabbat and Jewish holidays. Once the goods arrive at the warehouse, the courier service will contact you to уточнить details. A representative will offer you a convenient delivery time and confirm the address. Please inspect the package for integrity and completeness upon receipt.
- Self-pickup from a pickup point. The list of available pickup locations will appear in your cart. Once the order arrives at the warehouse, you will receive a notification. To collect your order, contact a staff member and provide your order number.
- Parcel locker. When the order arrives at the location, you will receive a unique code via SMS or email. The order must be paid at the parcel locker terminal. Storage period – 3 days.
- Postal delivery via Israel Post. When the order arrives at the post office branch, you will receive a parcel notification at your address.

Product warranty
The warranty period is the period during which the customer, having discovered a defect in the goods, has the right to demand from the seller or the manufacturer to take measures to eliminate the defect. The seller must eliminate the defects, unless it is proved that they arose as a result of violations by the buyer of the rules of operation.
IMPORTANT: The warranty period only applies to certain categories of non-food items.
Refund
The refund period depends on the type of payment that the buyer initially chose.
In case of cash payment, a refund is made at the checkout no later than 10 days after the buyer submits a request for a refund.
The value of the goods is credited to the customer's card, if a cashless payment was used, occurs immediately after receiving a request from the buyer and processing the return of the goods.
When using electronic payment systems, the refund is made to the electronic account within 10 calendar days.
